A steady, relational space to slow down, listen inwardly, and meet yourself with honesty and care. To be held with attunement, depth, and a pace your nervous system can trust.
I provide weekly 50‑minute sessions offering a confidential, attuned space to understand your patterns, regulate your body, and reconnect with yourself, gently making sense of the deeper emotional imprints shaping how you feel and relate.
We also make room for the hormonal and cyclical rhythms that influence your energy, mood, and emotional clarity.
For women and AFAB (assigned female at birth) clients navigating overwhelm, transitions, identity shifts, or long‑held emotional roles. For those who’ve spent years holding everything together, I offer a space where you don’t have to.
What therapy can support
- anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout
- emotional neglect or developmental trauma
- people‑pleasing, self‑silencing, loss of self
- good‑girl conditioning and expected roles
- attachment patterns and relational confusion
- motherhood, menopause, midlife transitions
- long‑held emotional patterns or unconscious roles
- identity shifts and disconnection
- boundaries or emotional expression
- internalised autistic traits in adults socialised as female
- unsustainable work and life demands
You don’t need clarity to begin. We start exactly where you are.
How I work
My approach is relational, trauma‑informed, and grounded in attunement, listening for what’s spoken and unspoken, and following what emerges in your body and inner world.
Together we:
- move at a pace that feels safe
- explore your internal responses with curiosity
- notice the patterns shaping how you feel and relate
- gently uncover the emotional patterns shaping your sense of self
- make room for what feels tender or uncertain
- build a steadier, more coherent sense of self
This is a collaborative process where we make sense of things together.

Beginning therapy
Reaching out can feel vulnerable. You don’t need the perfect words, just the part of you that’s ready for support.
