What happens next
Once you get in touch, we can arrange a free 20‑minute introductory call. This first meeting is a gentle space to talk about what has brought you here, ask any questions, and get a sense of how it feels to connect with me.
There is no obligation to continue; you are welcome to take time to reflect before deciding.
If we choose to work together, sessions take place weekly at the same time each week.
Location
I offer in‑person therapy from a quiet, private space in Northampton (NN4), with easy access from surrounding areas.
Online sessions via Zoom are available across the UK for those who prefer to work remotely or need greater flexibility.
