A therapeutic process that honours your timing, your depth, and the wisdom held within your body, meeting what emerges with attunement and care.

The Gentle Rising is the slow, steady movement that happens when you stop pushing through life and begin listening inwardly to the deeper patterns, emotions, and signals your body has been carrying.

When your emotional world, your body, and your lived experience finally have space to be understood and gently named with the clarity they’ve been waiting for.

It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about rising from truth, not pressure.

The arc of the work

1. The Descent

Slowing down enough to notice what’s happening inside you. Your overwhelm, your patterns, your body’s cues, and the quieter truths beneath them.

2. The Unravelling

Exploring the internal structures shaping how you feel and relate: attachment, early experiences, protective parts, long‑held roles, and the emotional imprints woven through them.

3. The Body’s Truth

Listening to how your body holds tension, activation, shutdown, or longing, and learning to trust the signals that rise from within. Regulation begins here.

4. The Rising

Making choices that align with who you are, not who you’ve been expected to be, guided by a clearer sense of your inner truth. Self‑trust strengthens.

5. The Integration

Living from this new steadiness, bringing clarity, boundaries, and embodied awareness into daily life, with a deeper, more coherent sense of self.

How we work together

Weekly 50‑minute sessions, online across the UK, and in‑person in Northampton soon.

We move slowly, steadily, and relationally. You bring what feels tender. I bring attunement, grounded presence, and a way of listening that helps you hear yourself more clearly.
